Duane and I had this date marked on the calendar since last fall when we did Amy and Colby’s engagement session. It’s always a blast working with a couple that knows how to relax and have fun in front of the camera. These guys were up for anything – irregardless of the heat and the bugs. Ok, ok – so the bugs put a bit of a damper later on in the evening, but really, when it gets to the point that you are breathing them in with every breath then it is probably time to go inside!

Rhetorical question alert: have I ever mentioned that I love it when couples let us steal them away for a few minutes during the reception? This is where the bugs started to swarm though! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen the mosquitoes quite that bad!
