So I mentioned in the last post that we were pretty excited for this wedding right? Take two of the nicest people that you could ever hope to meet, mix in stunning good looks and incredible venues and you have a pretty good formula for success. These two are wise beyond their years and would be the first to tell you that they have been blessed with amazingly supportive family and friends. It seems hard to believe that we just met these two on Wednesday because by the end of the evening on Saturday we felt like we had known them for years. I’m a bit sad that they’re heading back to Australia! (Maybe jealous is a better word ;D)
Do I still need to warn people that the post is a little image-heavy or have you just come to assume that it is the case? It’s a bit of a sickness – I just can’t seem to get a wedding under twenty images for the blog.

A quick moment to gather thoughts before the ceremony…

‘You’ve got the rings right?”

Mike played a song that he wrote for Jessica during the ceremony. Amazing talent – both lyrically and vocally! I thought that Jessica might melt through the floor…

Jessica managed to keep the tears back (mostly anyway), but there were a few moist eyes to be seen, including Mike’s dad.

So the million dollar question is, how far is the wedding party willing to be from the cars while the storm clouds build?

The next two are my favorites from the day.

Uh… seriously?

The reception was held at the fabulous Sirroco Golf Course.

First dance.

Everybody loves the YMCA!

Thanks guys! Here’s to hoping that our paths cross again sometime!
