This one has been marked on the calendar for a long time. Some people just leave you more energized just from being around them – Stef and Dennon definitely fit that mould to a tee. They are one of those couples that exceed the sum of their parts. Dennon has yet to partake of some real mountain skiing since moving out to Alberta four years ago, so we’re definitely hoping that he and Stef come down this way for a day of skiing this winter!

I had been warned to bring my ‘A’ game because this little guy was probably going to be on a mission of haste to get to the front of the church. Well, Mr. Three Year Old…. I say, bring it.

He got the right answer.

And in one of the funniest ceremony moments of 2008, the minister had to remind them not to try to run out of the church before the ceremony was over! It’s in this shot that both Stef and Dennon are literally putting on the brakes!

Right after the ceremony we headed across the road to the industrial park, with the wedding party, to some shipping containers that caught our eye.

You may recognize Celianne on the far right because she was one the attendants in in Chelsea and David’s wedding just two weeks ago. Some people are just creepy stalkers you know?

Stef’s family owns a couple of Tim Horton’s here in town so we swung by one of the stores that she manages to get say hello! These guys get two thumbs up for making their photographers very, very happy with a warm cup of coffee!

We heard something throughout the evening about a childhood nickname that implied passivity (*cough* bunny balls *cough*). All I know is that It takes ‘some serious kahones’, as the emcee so delicately put it, to sing a song that you wrote for your new wife on your wedding day!

And just for kicks this week: two ring shots! I’m trying to think of a nice way to say that we were having fun off in a corner flashing each other but I can’t…

…with lights, you perverts, with lights!
