It’s been a bit of a strange week here in Fernie; it almost feels like we’re living on the east coast. Mornings start out with some cloud cover, it breaks and gets warm in the afternoon, and then around 5:00pm the thunder rips up and down the valley and we get a pretty spectacular storm. It reminds me a little of Ontario actually!

We had a chance to head out with Lisa and Cam during the nice part of the day today. They’re going to be having their wedding here in Fernie at Island Lake Lodge in a few weeks and we’re really excited to shoot up there with them. They had talked about heading out for a round of golf after their engagement session and I really hope they didn’t end up doing it…if they did they probably got a little wet!
