It was a great race this year!  The votes early in the contest made me expect to announce either Gillian & Andrew or Ashley & Derek as the winner.  Then seemingly out of nowhere in the last couple days, there was a surge of votes for Tracey and Rick that helped them win and get the title of the Top Shot of 2011.

We had 562 people vote for their favourite image by Liking it on our Facebook Fanpage.  Congratulations to one of our voters, EmberLynn Crossman, and our lucky blog commenter, Sylvia Watson, who each won a Fine Art Canvas!  Elizabeth Koleyak won the $40 iTunes giftcard for sharing the announcement on Facebook!
